So... you've decided to make the move to our part of the world. Help us to help you find the perfect Home!
Please let us know the dates you need, whether you want Furnished or UN-Furnished, and any other amenities that you desire. Give us your "Wish List" and we will do our best to match it as closely as possible.
If you have any pets, we need to know that, as well as what kind of pets- please be very specific. Most of our property owners do NOT allow pets, so having one, will limit your property choices significantly. In accordance with the Fair Housing laws, legitimate Service Animals are exempt from this restriction.
Many of our properties are in Age-Restricted, Adult Communities, so we will need to know if you have any Children residing with you, as they are not permitted in these neighborhoods.
NO SMOKING! We do NOT permit smoking in any of our homes. If you are a smoker, please don't bother to contact us for a rental property, as our owners have expressly forbidden any smoking on or in the properties.
We get an awful lot of people contacting us every day. While we do our best to catch your phone call, an email is lots easier to get the communications rolling, so feel free to do that here.
